Hi, I’m Phoebe Nguyen, a passionate and experienced lash and brow artist based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Originally born and raised in Vietnam, I’ve proudly called Atlanta home for over 10 years. With a deep love for beauty and precision, I began my journey in the beauty industry back in 2014, and since 2016, I’ve truly specialized in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and brow shaping, my true passion.
